Stars shine at exclusive launch of Flying Fish

Last night, Tuesday 22 January, The Star officially launched Flying Fish at its new home overlooking Pyrmont Bay. The much-anticipated restaurant is the latest addition to The Star’s signature dining precinct, and special guests were in attendance to celebrate its opening.

WHAT

Guests joined owner of Dedes Group Con Dedes, Executive Chef Peter Robertson and Chief Operating Officer at The Star, Dino Mezzatesta, for the official launch of Flying Fish. 

Celebrating the move from Jones Bay Wharf to The Star, guests were treated to a champagne tower by sponsor Moët & Chandon, music by DJ Alice Quiddington and a selection of signature Flying Fish favourites alongside a caviar station and live-oyster shucking.
