HomeWorld Leppington open to preview

Australia’s biggest and most established display home organisation, HomeWorld, today announced a selection of homes will be open to preview at its new village, HomeWorld Leppington, from Saturday 7 April.

Situated on the corner of Raby Road and Emerald Hills Boulevard in Leppington, the new village showcases the latest in design trends from some of the state’s best builders and will open in full later this year.

HomeWorld CEO Phil Jones said opening the village to preview is an exciting milestone and an opportunity to begin sharing the latest home designs with people in south west Sydney and the greater Sydney region.

“It’s been fantastic to watch the village come together with our builders leading the way with some great designs, and we can’t wait to give people a chance to step inside and explore some of the beautiful homes ahead of the village opening in full.

“While we’re still putting the finishing touches on the village, there’s plenty of inspiration to help you start planning your new home from custom builds and homes with granny flats to innovative interior designs and floor plans.

“If you have a particular builder or design in mind, we recommend you checking with them directly to see which homes are open to preview at this stage,” said Jones.

Once completed, the new village will showcase 62 brand new homes from 22 of the state’s leading builders.

Builders on display in the completed HomeWorld Leppington include Adenbrook Homes, Allcastle Homes, Beechwood Homes, Burbank, Coral Homes. Eagle Homes, Eden Brae Homes, Fairmont Homes, Firstyle Homes, Focus Homes, Kurmond Homes, Lily Homes, Masterton Homes, McDonald Jones Homes, Metricon, Mojo Homes, Montgomery Homes, New Edge Homes, Provincial Homes, Rawson Homes, Thrive Homes and Vogue Homes.

Since its establishment in 1986, HomeWorld has grown to a cooperative of more than 45 member builders across NSW, with villages in operation in Kellyville and Thornton, the new Leppington village and later in the year the opening of HomeWorld Warnervale.
