MEDIAVEST AUSTRALIA APPOINTS NEW HEAD OF STRATEGY

MediaVest has announced the appointment of Gareth Jones to the newly created position of Head of Strategy.

Jones has more than 15 years’ experience in media and communications in both the UK and Australia, and joins MediaVest from his most recent position at MCN as National Strategy Manager.

In his role at MCN, Jones played a key role in driving insights to deliver innovative concepts and great opportunities for clients.

MediaVest General Manager Sue Squillace said: “There is no better time for Gareth to join MediaVest. The last six months have been about consolidating and transitioning the business that we have and we are now ready to take the next step in our journey.

Jones’s appointment was effective yesterday, 1 April 2015.
