DealsDirect.com.au triumphs in customer service award
Celebrations have begun with Australia’s first online-only department store DealsDirect taking the highest honours in the 2014 Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customers Award* survey for the third year running, with an unbeaten five-star rating.
Competing against popular department stores, Myer and Big W, DealsDirect was the only retailer to receive the highest rating in the prestigious awards which are voted by Australian consumers.
DealsDirect CEO and Founder, Michael Rosenbaum said customer service is incredibly important to the brand.
“Our customers are like family and the number one priority which is why our team works so hard to be as helpful as possible. I like to think this is what’s given us the edge against the major online and bricks and mortar competitors,” said Rosenbaum.
Demonstrating further commitment to customer service, DealsDirect has introduced a 14 day change-of-mind policy and live support operating seven days from 9am to 9pm.

The win follows DealsDirect’s recent launch of Click2Collect, making it the first online-only retailer to launch a direct warehouse collection option for its online customers.
The Click2Collect customer service innovation is targeted at customers based in Sydney, particularly those in and around the western suburbs. Plans are underway to make this a national service.
