1. Popé-mon Go
A new mobile game inspired by Pokémon Go allows users to roam around and collect saints and other notable Biblical figures. Users answer philosophical questions and must pray to upskill their characters. 

2. Modern Mr Squiggle 
A new website allows anyone with internet access to draw whatever they like on an open document, or add to other people's drawings in real time. 

3. Artificial moonlight 
A Chinese city has unveiled its plan to launch an artificial moon eight times brighter than the real thing. The moon will be bright enough to replace streetlights.

4. Lab-grown nuggets 
Start up JUST, Inc. has cracked the code for cruelty-free meat, growing an entire chicken nugget just by using the cells of a chicken feather.  

5. IBM's AI perfume
Perfume manufacturer Symrise has partnered with IBM Research to develop fragrances using artificial intelligence.
