Access PR restructures with Senior Management Team
After a period of strong revenue and staff growth, Access Public Relations has restructured, announcing two senior staff promotions and the formation of a Senior Management Team.
Angela Cross and Rachael Hoy have been promoted to senior consultants and, along with head of consulting Simon Lloyd and senior consultant Danielle Veldre, form the Senior Management Team.
They will be responsible for staff development, refining the agency’s processes, investigating new revenue streams, developing new business strategies, and formalising the agency’s digital offering.
“Since launching in 2008, we have evolved into one of the country’s bigger independent agencies and now need a structure and approach to growth that reflects that position,” said managing partner Andrea Kerekes.
The agency’s growth has come off the back of 19 new business wins in the past 12 months, including successful competitive pitches for major brands such as Masters Home Improvement, a JV between Woolworths and US-based home improvement giant Lowe’s, and Pizza Hut.
