Amnesia Razorfish appoints Austereo's Jay Morgan as creative director

Amnesia Razorfish continues to bolster its creative team with the appointment of another creative director following the arrival of Tongue Founder, Lyndon Hale, earlier this year.

Jay Morgan joins following a highly successful

five year stint with Southern Cross Austereo as their national digital creative director.

Morgan will share creative responsibilities with Hale and work directly with a long serving senior creative team, which has now been together more than five years. The team includes Iain McDonald (executive creative director), Toby Caves (art and design director), Sandor Moldan (senior account director and UX lead), Brady O’Halloran (creative technology lead) and Stephan Lange (head of emerging experiences).

Co-founder and executive creative director Iain McDonald said: “It’s an amazing coup to have both Lyndon and Jay here. Both are of the highest calibre. They are also exceptionally nice people which is something that is really important to us. The business has been through a lot of transformation in the last three years and we’re focusing on the same simple ethos that has always worked for us: doing great work.

“Of course that is something that gets more complicated every year in digital so we are very happy to have Jay on board – someone who understands how to bridge creative and digital for our clients.”

Commenting on his new role Morgan said, “The move was a straightforward decision, with consistent growth and a creative core team that is second to none in the industry, the conditions are ripe to do some phenomenal work.”

Morgan’s appointment is effective immediately.
