For the first time on MyCareer.com.au, advertisers can use Fairfax Digital’s behavioural targeting tool, called FD Connect, to deliver listings to Australia’s most engaged and valuable audience in real time.

Reaching over 5.8 million consumers*, Job Boxes will allow live job ads to be advertised directly to specific and relevant target markets on all metro mastheads including theage.com.au, smh.com.au, brisbanetimes.com.au, watoday.com.au, as well as online classifieds such as RSVP.com.au, Domain.com.au and Drive.com.au.

The targeted ads, which are a new online proposition for recruitment advertisers, can be configured with client branding along with the actual job listing.

“MyCareer.com.au’s Job Boxes enable advertisers to reach and engage relevant passive candidates and increase the likelihood of finding the right person for the job,” said General Manager, Key Categories – Fairfax Media Sydney - John Brand.  

“If the user’s online behaviour on the Fairfax Digital network indicates that they frequently access content related to the financial world, they will be shown ads for finance jobs,” said Brand.

MyCareer.com.au’s Job Boxes are the latest in a series of innovations from MyCareer.com.au and follows the recent launch of LinkedIn profile integration, which enables automatic searches for relevant jobs and training courses that match the user’s employment history, location and skills.
