The Benevolent Society appoints BWM as strategic and creative partner
Australia’s first charity has appointed one of Australia’s largest creative agencies, Belgiovane Williams Mackay, as its strategic and creative partner, following a competitive pitch.
Recently The Benevolent Society invited a select group of agencies to pitch.
The partnership begins this month with a project aimed to reposition The Benevolent Society as a brand synonymous with creating caring and inclusive communities and a just society.
This will then lead into a new creative campaign that will launch before the year’s end.
The Benevolent Society’s Chief Executive Officer, Richard Spencer said: “We’re thrilled to be working with BWM. Their great combination of strategic and creative strengths will take us into bold new territory as we step up our efforts to increase our profile and national presence.â€

The Benevolent Society began as a NSW based network in 1813 and has expanded to a national reach today, with more than 700 staff and 600 volunteers advocating positive social change.
