Both have signed exclusive, individual contracts with Good Food and will bring their distinctive cooking styles to different sections of the magazine.

Gary Mehigan joined Good Food in September 2009 and his Cooking Class – a step-by-step guide to two of his favourite dishes – has become a popular component of the magazine’s Here to Help section. From the January/February 2010 issue, Good Food readers will enjoy even more Gary for their money with an additional classic recipe.

Recipes from fellow MasterChef judge George Calombaris’s new book Greek Cooking from the Hellenic Heart feature in the December issue of Good Food (on sale 9 November), with a regular exclusive column commencing in the January/February 2010 issue. George will join the magazine’s Weekend section with three seasonal recipes that reflect his Greek heritage.

George Calombaris commented: “I am delighted to be joining Good Food and really excited by the opportunity to bring the food that I am passionate about to a regular magazine audience.”

Gary Mehigan added: “Good Food has a long and respected pedigree in the UK and I’m thrilled to be part of the Australian edition. It’s the perfect environment for my cooking.”
